Our own 4 gulets are operated directly by us, our crews, our maintenance, no intermediary. Across the wider network of partner yachts, the arrangement is equally simple: same price as booking direct with the owner, we don't add a markup.

About questions
Do you offer ATOL protection?
No. A gulet charter is not a package flight holiday, so we hold no ATOL or ABTA bonding and claim none. Your offer states the exact payment and cancellation terms before you pay anything, and we recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation and boat-charter activities.
Who do we pay, and in which currency?
You pay De Yachting directly by UK bank transfer in GBP; euros can be shown in parentheses where useful. The deposit is 50% within 7-10 days of your offer and the balance is due 6 weeks before departure. UK transfers take 3-5 working days, so we time the paperwork around that.
Who looks after us during the trip?
One team throughout: the Bodrum crew on board, and Aykut in Warwick on phone and WhatsApp (+44 7449 968980), Mon-Sat 09:00-18:00 UK time with a 24-hour reply promise.
