Quotes & booking

Quotes are in GBP and state the yacht, dates, board basis, inclusions and exclusions. A booking is confirmed by written offer plus 50% deposit within 7-10 days; the balance is due 6 weeks before departure. UK bank transfers typically take 3-5 working days, allow for this.

Included / excluded

Included unless your offer says otherwise: crew, fuel for around 4 hours' cruising a day, linen and towels. Excluded: food and drinks (unless a board package is stated), marina fees, crew gratuity 5-10% at your discretion, flights, transfers and travel insurance.

Changes & cancellation

Your offer states the exact cancellation charges before you pay. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering charter cancellation and boat-charter activities. If we must cancel (e.g. safety, force majeure), we offer an alternative week/yacht or a refund of sums paid to us, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Conduct & safety

The captain's decisions on route, speed and anchoring for safety are final. Passports must be carried where itineraries require harbour formalities (including any Greek-island extension).

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK guests booking via this site; Turkish maritime rules apply to the operation of the vessel.
