What we collect

When you enquire: name, email, phone (if given), group size, preferred month, message, and the yacht you asked about. Technical: pages visited and cookie choices (see cookie policy).

Why (UK GDPR lawful bases)

• Contract / pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b)): preparing GBP quotes and answering enquiries.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): analytics/marketing cookies, only after you accept in the banner.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): spam prevention (honeypot/timestamp), service security.

Sharing & transfers

Enquiries are processed by our Warwick contact and Bodrum operations team (Turkey). Where data moves UK→Turkey we rely on appropriate safeguards and keep transfers to what is needed to quote and operate your charter. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry emails: up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted. Booking contracts: kept as required by Turkish tax and maritime record rules.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (withdrawal does not affect prior processing). Contact [email protected], we reply within one month. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
